Return Policy Details

Eligible Items

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Returned within 7 days of delivery
  • In original condition - unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
  • With all original tags and packaging
  • Free from any odors (perfume, smoke, etc.)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized items
  • Items damaged by misuse or normal wear
  • Items returned after 30 days
  • Items without original tags

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for:

  • Size exchanges: Different size of the same item
  • Color exchanges: Different color of the same item (subject to availability)
  • Defective items: Items with manufacturing defects

Exchanges follow the same 30-day policy and condition requirements as returns. If the new item costs more, you'll pay the difference. If it costs less, we'll refund the difference.

Refund Process

  • Processing Time: 2-3 business days after we receive your return
  • Refund Method: Original payment method used for purchase
  • Refund Timeline: 5-7 business days for bank processing
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable (except for defective items)

You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Contact us immediately at support@sharango.com
  • Include photos of the damage or defect
  • We'll provide a prepaid return label
  • Full refund or replacement at no cost to you

International Returns

For international orders:

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Items must be returned within 30 days
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable
